"Has anyone called Mountain Energy?" Yes I just got off the phone with Jack Uselton of Mountain Energy. The deal is STILL ON as reported and as several have posted here. Despite what ICVI has done in the past, Jack confirmed everything that Joe has been telling us about Mountain Energy. For obvious reasons, Jack does not want info on the deal posted here. We must wait for the press releases and the PR will not be done solely by ICVI. I will say that Jack and his new team have more than 200 years experience in the coal, oil and natural gas businesses. Just with the current reserve assets, this stock is WAY UNDERVALUED. The stock is currently less than 10% of asset value. That doesn't even take into consideration land values, rights, and future acquisitions. Think about this, with oil, gas, and coal at these low prices, do you think there are some bargains to be had? Do you think Mountain Energy knows this too???? Wooohooo! (edit)Loads more info, but I gotta lunch appointment!
