Jerome, even you sound a bit despondent now. If I recall you've also taken the round-trip from the low double-digits to 40 and back here again. Don't know about you and Limtex, but other than selling covered calls once for a few bucks this now feels like a costly exercise in futility. Fortunately, the rest of my portfolio is acting in a very similar fashion, sparing SNDK any undue attention! <very weak g>

When I spoke with Cindy Burgdorf the other day she did not completely dismiss the possibility of a stock buyback, though my impression was that the stock would have to come down even lower than it is at present. That's just reading between the lines, not based on anything she specifically stated. Clearly the issue (as we know) was that participants in the secondary would not appreciate their capital being used to repurchase the stock ten or twelve (or more?) bucks cheaper. On the other hand, I'd think everyone would appreciate a more overt effort by the company to rescue us from this ridiculous implosion.

Regards,

Chris

Jerome -

This kind of relentles selling pressure is sadly for me and others here as I warned a couple of days ago jus the beginning of the slide. I just didn't have the stomach to bit the bullet and its going to be a bigger bit now!

You don't have this kind of selling unless someone inside is selling too and that must mean there is someting very nast on the way. Maybe its Lexar maybe its margins my guess is that its somting to do with one of those.

In any event the stock as I predicted is to all intent and purpose dead and on its way to the low single figures. It will probably drop by a significant number in the next day or so to less than $10 as people (probably myeswlf included) panic and try to save what they can of the worst investment they have ever made. It is a real lesson in following a dtream. For some of us that dream is turning into our nightmare.
