It has always amazed me how Koz "convinces" his own company to pay him exorbitant amounts of money and stock to acquire his personal property. Usually one starts a company to bring products to market effectively, but it seems Koz started this so that he could get investors to invest in the stock, and then sell the company his rights to patents, his personal companies, etc. From where I sit, it appears that Koz set up Innovacom just to suck money out of it. Just my opinion.
