I think my continued move into Germany comes from watching Alexander Nevsky too many times ( of course, it was the Germans moving into Russia in that one) which amazingly enough also happened: I took some money from SAP to buy Lukoil!!! With Germany, there are alot of positives: the euro, the low dollar, the changeover to an American model ie. allowing layoffs etc, and most important, a focus on shareholder value. Of course, the best laid plans... in particular the dollar going down would hurt in the short term, but would be an opportunity to buy high quality blue-chips like SAP, BMW etc. Japan!!! I got killed there last year.... it might sound simple but you just have to stay remotely aware of Japan to be there when suddenly it becomes a good market again. good luck, fred
