Like I said, it appears that ESVS is the dominant company and that Zulu's interests will merge into it. But once that's done, however, I still see the Zulu name being maintained for both companies. Again, I base this on the domain registration for Zulu laptops.

Whose got a summary on what is happening with Zulu and ESVS trading prices and volumes today? Communications today are whacky.

I share your concerns, and curiosity. Refer to my earlier concern/comment that ESVS is getting all of the attention, and I don't want to see it picking Netz's bones and leaving it a hollow shell, all the while hiring Netz's staff, transferring its operations, etc. However, the 2 companies are so commingled now that such conduct would open both to a major shareholder lawsuit over predatory conduct by the survivor (no doubt ESVS because of NASDA listing).
