Scott, when I was a stockholder of Kiewit and they spunoff MFS Communications to the shareholders we automatically got shares of MFS without paying for it. This is because it reduced the assets of the original Kiewit stock. I think people are having a problem with FIBR because if they don't come up with extra cash they are left sitting with a diluted original investment. Am I missing something here?
