DKR, you said, "We need numbers...but it also allows an opportunity to accumulate shares at a reasonable price..." The buying opportunity at "reasonable prices existed before the news. Unless you mean, now that the news is out and you consider the news very favorable then the current trading range is a good buying opportunity.

DKR: I believe L.D. said 3% of the first 30 Million goes to VLNC, after that a majority of the share goes to Bellcore, but he didn't quantify "majority."
