Where's this 32 channel Gigamux? I have never seen a press release introducing it. It's interesting to see Osicom putting out brochures hyping up a vaporware 32 channel DWDM while they haven't even generated any significant 16 channel sales.

I have a question about the terms of the spin-off.

Who gets the cash from the "IPO"? FIBR or the new Net+Arm division? I'm assuming the new division will get the cash, and FIBR will still have an equity investment in EN but not cash, right?
