Robert, my Yahoo (and the Internet broker quotes) are misbehaving - probably something to do with the satellite off orbit. Couldn't find LTXX earnings statement today until somebody posted it on SI.

Looks like this quarter was really bad for the ATE group (yesterday CMOS, today LTXX announced bad results, TER is not doing too well either). In January they were perceived as less vulnerable than the front-end companies.

This may stand to reason - back-end equipment manufacturers should be trailing the front-end manufacturers within the purchasing cycle.
LTXX announcement did hurt me though - I'd hoped that with their new Fusion platform for mixed signal chips they would somehow avoid the punishment. Oh well...

Good luck,

Y.
