Man I should have could have would have made a fortune on my amd puts except that I got suckered into selling covered puts on Friday which means I'm now long the stock. And I just unloaded my puts. So now I'm in the unfortunate position of hoping this lead balloon of a stock will somehow bounce up short term from here. I mean IMO this stock should be trading in the low single digits. Is there a crappier stock in America not on the bulletin board? Amazing how the ignoramuses keep the price of this stock up in the stratosphere. Have they ever earned any money, or is it uncool to talk about earnings and money on the amd thread? Anyway I'll give it a day or two but then I'm out of here. Hopefully the hypesters or whatever that drive up the price of this stock will do their thing. I'll take even one point and I'm out. I've got to plan my puts more carefully. I did make 50% in a few weeks but I should have made 250% if I just hadn't sold those covered puts. Oh well I'm learning but I just hope this joke of a company doesn't collapse while I'm long.

Ali - Re: "The article based iteslf on the false thesis that the Pentiums-II are cheaper to manufacture. This is simply cannot be true as I proved in my several posts here: "

How can you prove something in your posts when AMD's quarterly reports keep proving you wrong?
