Dave, Bruce's # is 281-216-8726. I just spoke him (again) and he told me he would fax the release to me as soon as it is finalized. If you'll give me your fax #, I'll send it to you as well. To the extent Yahoo is still down, it might be better for you to post the release since you have an SI following and your name has been frequently seen on the Copia and TMEX threads. b/t/w -- Bruce claims that there is a very similar announcement coming out sometime late next week. He said Thursday, but they are a two hours late on today's release so who knows. I asked him about next weeks and he said that it was another aquisition which would be doubling the company's revenues. Between today's announcement and next week's, Bruce claims that the size of the company (in terms of revenue generation) would quadruple. He also said that he was looking for a stock price from $8-10 by the end of next week. Of course, we all now often a $1 stock goes to $10 in two weeks so take that for what you will. Good luck. Bill
