All; We should be able to access the SEC information soon, see below. Genesis Media Group, Inc (GNNX) has filed the Form 10 with the SEC and a press release was issued via PRNewswire on May 19, 1998. GNNX did request that this news release as well as all news releases GNNX issues be posted on the Dow Jones but according to DJ they only post a certain number of news releases from Bulletin Board Companies per day, this is something out of the Company's control. I do believe that 72 hours after such a filing is done it can be accessed by the general public via the Edgar Database.
