Hello, Eve. I know that institutions own approx. 53% of the shares -- not the 90% that is being reported by others.

Also, I know that of all the "Short Interest Shares", the Company owns between 800,000 and 1.1 Million -- so the "short" float is very light.

In addition, there have been almost no insider sales, nor planned sales, since last June.

IMHO, a well-positioned Company, with excellent management, products, R&D and future.

If I were going to worry about anything, it would be their ability to "get their message out", so that people know what the Company's products will do for them.

And, I worry a little about LU's purchase of Octel, because Octel, with LU's help, can be a viable competitor into the telecos.

With all that said, I believe CMVT will succeed handsomely -- and I also believe that trying to outguess the market is a big mistake.

I do my homework to make sure the P/E, P/S, etc. all make sense, as compared to the price I am paying. Then, I make my investment and stick with it until something actually happens with the Company that substantially changes said homework in a negative way.

All the best with your investments.
