COMS has been consistently at +1/4 today. It does look
like trading has slowed down the last few hours. But,
it appears to be in a definite spot. In the past, this
would have been excellent time for shorts to move
the stock down (especially with tech getting
temporarily beat up). Either they're not trying
out of fear, or there is a buyer accumulating at
a consistent point.

If it was just normal supply and demand (and no
shorts), I would think think the price would fluctuate
more.

I'm not sure what you mean here. You mean it will take
COMS a few days to figure out it's earnings? Reminds me
of last Dec 3rd or 4th. They had a massive bad news dump.
It didn't take them any time to figure that one out.

Other than that time, I don't think they've ever warned.
People really wondered about that one right after last
quarter's earnings.

I do think they gave clues, like the CFO at beginning
of month. But Eric B. had stated the same at the
H&Q conference I thought. In a sense the CFO meeting
with DLJ wasn't that big a deal (jmo) - at least not
enough to have caused this avalanche of selling.
IMO he really hadn't said anything that new...

Makes me think that somebody likes to see this stock
go back and forth between 30-35...(jmo)
