Just got around to browsing the SB-2/A and I must say at least their SEC filings seem less hype-ridden than their PR :) But the whole litigation thing seems really out of control and I haven't heard much about the lawsuits vs former officers (is this Jettson?). From the SB-2/A: LITIGATION INVOLVING THE COMPANY The Company and its officers and directors are involved in a number of legal proceedings. Such litigation includes an action by the Company against former directors and officers of the Company and alleged financial consultants to the Company for, among other things, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract and RICO. Three of these defendants have filed cross-complaints against the Company and its officers and directors. Further, a former employee of the Company has filed an action for breach of contract, and an alleged creditor of the Company has filed an action for the repayment of monies. As a result of litigation, the Company will have to spend a substantial amount of time and fees in prosecuting and defending itself in these matters. See "Legal Proceedings."
