Some thoughts-
WSTL is probably closer to doing the secondary offering than many of us think- in fact, since it's a shelf offering, they may be doing it now. With all the hiring they are doing, they are obviously ramping up for something big. With this in mind, why would an institution go into the market to buy 200,000 shares or so, when they could get those same shares at today's market price in the secondary without disturbing today's low price? Any institution that has done any due diligence should know about the shelf offering, and would likely call the company and say "put me down for 200,000 shares." (Note that they don't even have to pay any acquisition commission that way.)

That's what's going on. I'm not worried. I've got a little dry powder left, and will definitely be buying if we get back to 10 or 10 1/2.
