THE OUTCOME OF THE COURT CASE!

Contrary to popular belief the case did go ahead on Thursday 21st.

Section 17 abandoned by SUF.
The interdict against NGS abandoned by SUF.
Section 24 still at the Minister but academic from the heirs point of view as SUF have agreed to pay the same price for the rights as De Beers.

P.S.I wonder what Goalie and the rest on the high moral road will have to say?
