Anyone ever visit this site or play the game?
stockgeneration.com

Here is some info I C&P from their site:
ÿÿ You can sell your shares and take your profits at any time!ÿ
ÿ RISK? THERE IS NO BUSINESS WITHOUT RISK!ÿ YOU DECIDE!ÿ DO YOU WANT TO GET RICH FAST? THIS IS YOUR CHANCE!ÿÿ
AT STOCK GENERATION TIME REALLY IS MONEY!ÿÿÿ
ÿ
For Example:ÿÿ Let us suppose that you had 500 USD. On 15 Feb you decided that you wanted to invest in virtual company No. 11. On that day the buy price was 0.5 USD, in other words you could have bought 1000 shares for your 500 USD. On 3 March each share could have been sold for 0.74 USD (the sell price for Virtual company No. 11 on 3 March). In this way your investment grew by 50 % in 2 weeks. The same share could have been sold for 1.00 USD on 12 March, in other words you could have doubled your investment in less than 1 month.ÿ

They denote the companies as company 1, 2, 3... etc etc; they are not real world companies! From what I gather, you pick each company based on low/med/high risk and I assume they assign company characteristics- I certainly hope so. They aslo assign the share prices. Seems too arbitrary to me. Almost illegal. Anybody have any experience here? Am I way off? I just do not get the point of trading virtual companies when we have a universe of real world stocks. Something smells funny here.

OT--I was riding the front brake down a steep hill in Pitt. Because I am
a novice, I 1)have toe clips, and 2)didn't understand the implications of
not being on one's seat when coming to a stop.

I couldn't get my foot out of the toe clips.
