Bernie, would you know if the safety study, presently being conducted (perhaps completed) in the USA, qualifies as a phase one safety study for the FDA? Is there any way to find out if ADVR has already been given an IND number? Could they be that far along without letting anyone know or anyone finding out? We were never informed about the Argentina studies just that they had given them some money in preparation for a study, then wam phase three. Now they have given what looks like enough money, to an outside research center, to have completed a safety study. Would this study have had to have human patients for the study. I think so, but am not sure. Maybe its just wishful thinking, but things seem to be adding up. Dan
