With one warrant, you can buy the stock at $11.40 a share.
You get a lot more of a ride for the same amount of money with the warrants.

There is a lot of discussion about the valuation of the warrants and
the earlier discussion about the prospects both for the drugs and the stock on the early posts on this thread... see the ones in the 50's and 60's on the warrants specifically.
