ISI is not a competitor of CYMI, they manufacture (or try to at least) DUV steppers, but they haven't sold many and have been bleeding cash. If anything they are a buyer of CYMEE'S wares.

The only sales I have read about were for R&D labs, they don't have any DUV machines in production facilities.

ISI built the stepper that allowed the Univ of Texas to demonstrate 0.07æm features a couple months ago. They also have a contract with Bell Labs to turn Scalpel into a product which can be marketed and sold.

Best wishes,

I2

P.S. Thanks for the above info, Ian.
