The financing can be good if they have sales to go with it. If Osicom collects millions of dollars and does nothing, you are correct in being negative about the company. But when they start producing beyond their present capacity we will all be glad to have a dilution in shares to be able to keep up with orders for both the NET+ARM AND GIGAMUX. At least those who are long will be glad.

>>Why do you think that's the case<<

There are probably a lot of reasons, some hapinstance, some mistakes. All of them borne out of a risky venture. You hang everything on the argument is that Osicom is bilking shareholders and running a sham operation. I think that's an easy label to put on a company like Osicom. They set out on a pretty ambitous journey, it's easy to point at every trip along the way and bad mouth them. But they aren't building a bubble gum factory here.

The bottom line, as we have discussed before, they consolodated independent companies, who's individual value was declining and assembled the parts necessary to build converging technologies. It's pretty simple, internet, TV, wireless, fiber, voice data, video are all converging. Osicom was not wrong about this when they built this company long before these became buzzwords, which was just this year, really.

Thier approach, is that of a poor man. Sure IBM, Lucent have deep pockets for research, they also have other core business's on which to rest. I'll bet thier are projects in the old Bell labs that costs billions of dollars and never resulted in a dime's worth of sales. But that risk in a very large compnay is manageable, practically invisible.

This is not the case with Osicom. Your of course right about the stock and companies perfomance, to date it's not good. You want to be crowned Einstien for making that observation? That doesn't mean that they have failed completely. It's too early to say that.

But to point to this entire situation and the neceesities that are created by various pitfalls, and to pick on the extreme efforts that have to be made in order to execute the plan, and label it a SCAM and to insinuate fraud is just naive, and I believe damaging and should be and is illegal.

But if your going to stick by those guns, make it interesting. Come on lay out the entire fraudulent scheme for us. Weave in the mob or maybe the Calli drug cartell. Come on Craig you can do it, give us a big scary story about how Par is ripping everyone off. Or did your lawyers tell you not too?
