As a member of the "new shareholders committee", my first request of Verdad would be to come clean and state his name and social security number. There are huge investments that he's trying to sway and could be liable.

Secondly I would demand that Sid turn himself into the US embassy in Columbia for extradition to face a jury of his peers.
We could then burn Sid's 30,000,000 shares of TRGC. This would create an instant increase in the value of our stock and make up for lost time.

I would free up all the 144 restricted shares, as these are the investors that made the Columbia venture possible.

I would send deep regret letters to the following folk and thank them for helping out. The list should start out with Big Sid, Scriven Taylor and Dave Mulcahey who are friends, Verdad Alman, D.W. MITCHELL OF ROCKCREST IN DALLAS TX. Who BTW hired Thompson/Walker, Bill Ruth, Dick G. (still can't spell your name), Ray Coleman of S.D., from Carson City there's Verl Speer, Wanda (receptionist) who was reported to have sold off $450,000. just days before the crash. The list could go on, and it would include just about anyone who ever kissed Sid's B-hind.

I would recommend the following new participants be placed in high positions. DR. NOEL, DR. JAROSLAV, Joe Ellis is the former ACCOUNTANT of TRGC, who did all the RRC paperwork. Dennis Henke as the CEO and the corporate officer could be Van Oliver. I've gain much respect for these fine people who have given so much for our cause. That being the consolidation of TRGC and TRGC Columbia.
