I just FAX'd the following information to Anna Love:

Dear Anna,
re: Firamada, Inc.
Anna, I am not going to beat around the bush. The changes at Firamada sound good so lets get down to brass tacks.
Please be SURE that the following questions are answered. Your credibility is on the line. You may have received compliments but your credibility with the on-line community is not good. Talk less, ask pointed questions. ASK important questions and NOT FLUFF!

1. Financials:Are they going to be audited? What companies will be included? Results for 1997?Results for first quarter of 1998?

2. Outstanding shares:What is present total shares and public float? Will distributted shares over 1997 year-end count of 24 million be accounted for? Is so, when? Are shares owned by Ira Monas restricted? How many shares does he own?

3. New President: an obvious question is AGE. That gives a quick idea of experience. He sounds good but more information is good.

4. All new members of FAMH management: Profiles should be made available. The team sounds good. Experience personnel from Temporary employment services.

Thank you. If you have any questions, please call.

that's it, later, leroyt

FAX in your own questions. Let's put them to the test!

PsycProf. Anna does not have the skill sets for the task at hand. The announcement was very poorly written, rather like her moderator/faciltator skills- a lot of words and primarily fluff. Given the facts, I know we could have written a much better announcement. An investor relations opportunity was lost. No career path defined, no achievements listed, don't know where he graduated from, don't know who he has worked for, don't know if he is married, has kids or not, don't know how he recreates, etc. The critical piece for me is the lack of achievements.

Unfortunately we have to live with it a while longer.
