PLs read my previous posts re contracts - This is as I see it an additional contract regarding the further maintenance of the Clinton Hydro-facility !! - So it is the 5. contract IMO

Sure it is the reason for the movement today.

John D thanks - Got the news from SSPARSONS as well. Source as before Bloomberg - I just arrived home from buz-trip - Good work SSPARSONS ;-)
