But the issue of the drug today being the same as the old drug of yesturday has to do with the old IND number. In the last few SEC reports it is stated that ADVR will persue a NEW IND. What else could the safety study be for if not for the FDA and if they are conducting a safety study for the FDA wouldn't that mean that they have already gotten a new IND and are conducting phase one studies. Sorry if I'm being a pain. I'm just curious and 2+2 are not equaling 4 here. Or maybe it does and this has all been just a lucky guess. Thanks, Dan
