I think share buy backs are very positive..

My main point right now is that it's difficult to tell when a company is maturing and exactly how it will be affected by a sagging industry and when.

I've seen many companies throw aside concerns and make robust comments , then change their tone withing a month or so?? I'm surprised DELL is speaking as strongly as it is.

I think this is my last note here, I don't want to sound like a bear, I just find it very odd that all the other companies are having difficulties while DELL sounds so positive? I've upgraded my machines over the last year and I'm done. The low prices have been around for awhile and I think it's only natural that sales take a cyclical break. I personally don't find DELL's prices that great? I like the super package deals by HWP/IBM myself, or manual upgrades... parts etc...

I could be wrong with my concerned near-term outlook???
