Doug, It sounds as though a priority is being put on the selection of an independent council. Once the council is selected I would hope the investigation would begin immediately. If nothing is found soon, we maybe able to read into it that no news is good news. I think that an immediate deterioration of price tomorrow A.M. may give us hope of eventually reaching 22. I have no idea how long it takes to put together and emergency council or how long it would take the council to begin work once selected. Do you have any idea of a time frame for this? skibob
