pat and david
(1) I find it interesting that since MU=32 1/4 on May 11, 1998,
no rally has shown "any" bullish characteristics.
(2) The question in my mind is...will today's rally fail
very quickly like the rest since 32 1/4 ?
(3) The answer should come tomorrow.

Pat,

Just reviewed my telescan charts on MU and it looks like the 1min charts have been showing an overbought(sell) from midday on...but the positive momentum is very strong... this is typical of a bull run. As far as the 15 min charts it is currently indicating a neutral coming off an oversold indication(buy)...but the momentum is still very negative but has the appearance of turning up.

We may see some followthrough in the morning but then I foresee more selling into any rally...therefore I see more short opportunities this week.

Pat, I just hate being in the bear camp so often and for so long but looks like that is where we belong for a while. MU will continue to test 25 and I am not sure it has the strength to reach the upper end of the range at 28.

I am short MU right now and will add to it as MU rises...also holding a bunch of cheap calls( MUGF for insurance which I picked up for 1 yesterday)

Good Luck Trading
