More questions: I have started to data sort for various criteria and I am curious how you view 52 week high and lows. I get scared to buy a stock when it is close to its peak and I know it has to break a high to get higher.....just wondering if you view their 52 week range with any value. Also on the data ;is it good to look at stock with a specific avg. volume...does little volume mean it is dead in the water or just resting (-: Thank you for all your advise at SI.

G.B.

I was going private EM you this, but here's a question I
believe many people whom play OTC stocks should know the answer
to as well...

Say there was an OTC company that is more or less bankrupt, and
this company has been a fully reporting company in the past ...
Now recent stock activity indicates restricted shares are all
sold....Without any SEC filings (legally required?)

My question : How does one know when a fully reporting company
decides "not" to be a fully reporting company? I'm sure they
aren't in a big hurry to run out and tell shareholders?

Been on my mind lately ....

Thanx G.B.

Hi Gabard,

Thread seems to be going well. Question:

When a company issues warrants are all the current shareholders on the day of issue included or is there a preditermined date that most companies would say you would have to of owned on to be able to buy at this price.

also with dividends you have to own on a certain date well before the date dividends are paid.Y/N? varies?

Thanx in advance,

FP

GABARD, Ok lotus 123, yahoo data base, under $1.50, SEC filing, got all that now what kind of things should I be on the look out for, or what should be things that red flag me away. I know to you these are probably dumb questions but I'm trying to learn how to find these sleepers like you do, and I figure who better to ask then you. I also figure since you started this thread you don't mind helping a dumb person like me.....thanks in advance......PSN
