Jeff,

IMO, the wisest thing to do is for each investor to make his own decision based on his own DD.
With this rapid increase there is certainly going to be games and day trading going on tomorrow and the next and the next and so on. The one thing we must keep our sights on is that
projected phase II testing appears to not require a prolonged period of time. About 8 weeks for testing and observation I believe. Give another 4 weeks for appraisal and it is very possible we could be given results on this portion of phase II within a quarter. This is a very short wait for the kind of pay off this stock is capable of.

Believe me I will be tempted, but I have held NEO for a year now and don't plan to give my stock away cheap. The stock could just as well progress like it did last year on a new plateau. It is not uncommon for phase II stocks with a lot of initial promise and excellent phase I results to apply for and obtain accelerated approval from FDA with successful phase II results. With NIH and other agencies involved with these tests, the credibility of NEO's results are just that much enhanced. IMHO.
