Was there a shareholders' meeting today for this company?

My theories, cont'd:

If yesterday's action was caused, like I guessed, by stop-loss orders at and just under $5, today's action may have been caused by a bunch of those people buying back in because they didn't really want to get stopped out.

Hence, the action yesterday and the "reversal" today may not be caused by any news whatsoever, just the fact that the stock dropped under $5.

The biggest predictor of near-term movement will be whatever came out of this meeting today. Especially if someone actually had the cojones to ask the tough questions posted here - like why are we voting for board members who own zero shares of stock? (I voted against, but I'm assuming that they will get elected.)
