Chuzzie How do you expect to hold on to good employees(in a tight market) without the promise of stock options. I know people were ready to lynch the bigwigs at my company when we heard 'rumors" that the company stock purchase plan was going to be scaled back. Stock options buys (morale + loyalty + lower turnover). Sorry if they are "unquantifiables" but I think that they somehow improve the productivity and hence reward the shareholders. (here I am defending dell's stock options and shorting it at the smae time!)
