I agree - no way is DOJ going to go after AMAT. Too early. *Still not quite a monopoly yet*. A "gorilla" yes a monopoly no.

jetchkid, if Janet Reno has trouble determining the difference between hardware and software, I think we're safe. Her press conference annoucing the lawsuit against MSFT was a joke as her remarks were carefully scripted since she had no idea what she was talking about.

BTW, sold 10 June 40 covered calls today, as I think AMAT will continue to linger in the mid to low 30's for awhile, and why not earn a little premium while waiting for the next run. I'm curious if anyone else on the thread is doing this?
