Doc, I too look forward to a recovery. Sometimes these things are "fixed" quickly. Others take time. And some take a long time. I certainly hope the recovery doesn't take very long. Again, if all the reports of backlog can just be transformed into actual earnings and the next annual report can show the tremendous job TAVA is doing by producing a decent EPS, I think this stock will turn around handsomely. My guess is this won't happen, if at all, until after the next quarterly report which also happens to be the annual report. And it will be harder to do now that the number of shares has about doubled.

I just have little hope now that this stock will rise much on future y2k potential because the literal amount of quick y2k cash that can be generated is being limited further every day that we approach the millenium. Personally, I am hoping for $20 by the end of the year.

With that in mind, I am hoping that TAVA management will steer a course that will bring the next growth opportunities to the forefront of discussion. Let me hasten to say that while planning for post y2k is important now, the implementation of those plans would likely occur after y2k is past. I'm hoping for continued good news!

Doc,
I think that the discrepancy between the 10Q and the C.C. is
answered that the 10Q is prepared for Mar. 30 and the C.C was
given on 5/12. In those 12 days with TAVA's activity it is con-
ceivable that they did some additional business.
