Was the news written by a Lawyer? it's very hard for a dumb guy like me to understand all the in's and outs, and all the share movements of who gets what and where and for how long, and etc etc etc...Pugs can you expand on exactly what it is saying...thanks....Was that the S8 or what???

Pugs: Surprised the nays have not arrived yet I must say. They must be at a meeting or something, not all of them could be at a meeting...could they. Well guess they have given up and moved on, not a bad thing to do,on a two cent stock.
