Another possible deal could be with Anucondra Uranium Corp. (ANU on VSE).
There is somewhat of a connection with a director on Anacondra's board and Dundee Bancorp.

They have warrants that expire on Oct 8, 1998 (11,100,000 wrnt @ .27)

Anyway heres their website, inline-online.com

They bought a few Uranium mines in the states. Even if they do get the cash from the warrant financing they need lots more $$$ and with the stock like it is???

Klaas? Tango?
