Hopefully the results shown for NEOT will allow for a sped up process for CORX and MABXA's preclinical testing...Esp. through partners or and/or additional financing... >>>Glasky said his company was the only one to be past the pre-clinical testing stage for such drug.

Tomorrow marks the HIGH...then lower. Well many of you are hoping to partake in another KTEL. However, this stock reminds me of NYXMF and GERN. Tomorrows high should mark the peak in the stock and interest should quickly wane. I am certain that in a few days you will see insider selling by Alvin and Rosalie Glasky. They have been providing much of the financing for the company from their own personal resources and have received shares accordingly. From the 10Q As of May 4, 1998, the Company had 5,474,307 shares of Common Stock outstanding. An additional 3,997,973 shares of Common Stock are issuable upon the exercise of outstanding options and warrants (including 25,000 shares issuable upon exercise of the Warrant). In addition subject to the terms of the private equity line. Kingsbridge Capital may purchase up to $15 million of common stock at prices significantly lower than todays closing price. So, I will short the stock heavily tomorrow morning. I dont have any fears of being squeezed since the outstanding shares will increase steadily over the next few days. Best Regards.
