CCUR closed at 4 3/16 today. With no news for a prolonged time, CCUR will probably drift lower.
SFA is not about to buy 2,000,000 shares of CCUR at $5 now. If CCUR were at $7, though, they might.
IMO, it would seem that we might see contracts sooner than later.
Otherwise, why wouldn't Corky just sell them the stock now? I would guess that it's up to SFA to deliver now.
