Jera, those plans are gone. Titan is going to add 60,000 more sq feet to their current plant to increase production. They also meet all requirements for class 1 reporting on Nasdaq, and will be filing in the next few weeks. I hold about 10 different issues and this is one of my top picks. I have done this for years and am good at it. that is why I visited the company to see for myself what was going on. If anyone has any questions you can e-mail me at ltpy15a@prodigy.com. If I do not know the answer to your questions, I will find someone who can. You getting all ready for the long weekend? It will be nice if it ever quits raining here. Randy

Jera,

Just to clarify the offshore issue: those plans were discussed last year, but were eventually abandoned for exactly the reasons you mentioned. With the new additions, Titan will have sufficient space and equipment to meet projected demand at least through the end of next year. If more major expansion is planned, I suppose it's possible that more stock could be floated, though I've heard no discussion of it. It is a very small float, though, so more could come out without major dilution. Again, I don't see this happening any time soon.
