Great ! Two plus days in a row. May be we did make bottom !

It looks like we're building momentum here. Come on MO , we need you on our side. True, the gains are minimal, but at least they're GAINS.

Wishing the best of luck to the new management and a quick recovery to Ira

AS far as Anna Love, let's give her a break. She's trying. May be the new management can have a positive influence on her. She's not the reason the stock lost 60 % last month ! She was just following orders !.

Dick, I agree. Plus, I don't think PFM was responsible for the PR today. In the past, they were not responsible. But, I agree with you that the press release missed on an opportunity. I actually looked like they were trying to hide information about the new Pres. If they have a new president for this $100 million company, they sure as heck should be proud of him.

Nevertheless, I do NOT think PFM gets to the hard questions. They MUST do that and FAMH MUST come up with the answers!

later, leroyt

MiriamsSon. Thank you for your insights. Alas, I have to share with you that I judge by the walk and the results. No longer do I listen to the talk. This may sound jaundiced to you, but there's a very large number of people out there who can talk up a storm but when it comes time to walk, they can't.

All I can do is watch and read what Anna does and writes. I have listened to five CC's now and read one announcement. The CC's do not address the hard issues. They have to, they are designed for the investment community. The announcement on the President is... well you know what I think.

Here's a shot at what it could have been:

Announcement 1.

It is with the deepest regret that I have to inform you of the resignation of our President Ira Monas. Due to health reasons, his doctors have advised Ira that it is in his, his family's, and Firamada's best interests to relinquish his responsibilites immediately. As you all know, Ira has literally devoted his life, 22 hours a day to building this company and it has taken its toll. We wish Ira a swift recovery and look forward to his return in an advisory capacity in the future. Perhaps a few more words about his family here......

Announcement 2:

It gives me great pleasure to inform you that Randall Millanoff has been promoted to the position of President and COO of Firamada. For the past six years, as our VP operations, Randy has increased Firmada's net sales by over 125% per annum, increased profits by 950% and reduced SGA as a percentage of sales by 45% ( I don't know what the numbers are, but something along these lines). Prior to joining Firamada, Randy was the VP ....... of Alpha Beta, a California based ...... During his tenure at Alpha Beta, Randy....... list his accomplishments.

A graduate of the University of CA, Santa Barbara with a BS degree in Business Administration, Randy lives in -----, State with his wife Mary Beth and children, Mark and Susan. Randy is an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying skiing, golf, fishing and running witn the other members of his family.

Randy brings outstanding talents and skills to the presidency of this company. The board of directors is confident Randy will build the value of our company while serving the best interests of all its stakeholders. Join me and the members of the board in congratulating Randy as he takes our company to new levels of accomplishment.

What you read today and what you've just read, I think, are two different ways of handling the situation. Obviuously, I'm biased, I like mine a lot better.... because it seperates the two pieces of news , giving Ira the respect he deserves and gives us some facts about Randy, plus it drives home some key points about board support, compnay value and highlights his accomplishments.

Sorry, I know we can do a lot better. It's my investment and we don't need to be doing on the job training here.

LTBFV, Dick
