Doesn't the price really depend on whether some rich slob like Myron decides to pork the stock up?

X: I've often noticed that this stock is bid up right before the bell. Someone seems to buy at that time, to paint the tape. I wondered if the compamy can be doing it, but I was told that it's illegal for them to do that. It's not illegal for an investor to do it, though. So someone with the money who is heavily into the stock, would be able to do that, as long as he isn't buying above the market. So it takes a series of buy orders at the end of the day to do it. It's not a buying spree, but rather a plan to drive up the price. At the time I first noticed it, the volume on ZONA was very low, so it was able to be done by buying very small amounts of shares.

You know, I watch a lot of stocks, and particularly noticed that pattern with this stock.
