Pugs sure has been quiet since the wonderful press release came out. I didn't see the words, merger, NIWOT, Jrat, Mountain Mend or any of the other things Pugs has been rattling on about, did you ? I see he has already started the thread for Aggression Sports, Inc... how is a poor shareholder to keep up with all the rapid name changes...<g>

I see Raabe has designated "$1,500 a month office allowance to operate corporate headquarters". Now you have to wonder what that covers ..home mortgage ? Don't recall ever seeing the following phrase used in an SEC filing, have you ?

"Additional provisions of the various agreements are personal to the Parties and will remain for the time being confidential. Other aspects of the overall agreement are being finalized and/or are being circulated for signature."

From the Travis/Cayou/Raabe/PlanetSports/AggressiveSports/WhoDaHellAreWe news release:

>>>First and foremost, to stop operating losses and install management information systems to monitor the financial condition of the Company

update and optimize operational and financial reporting systems <<

Cool! Looks like the "company" is going to buy a PC and possibly QuickBooks. Or, dare I say it, QuickBooks Pro!

Wasn't this company an admitted shell? As such, why would they have operating losses, or have any kind of remote need for "information systems" or "financial reporting systems" ?
