Jim B. and all, Sorry, I do not have any contact with the co. I am just willing to give them some time to pull themselves out of the ditch. With the five small contracts, it should keep the lights on. As I understand it, two of the housing contracts could work into a good deal. At least they are working and one job may lead to another. This is a building process and in the right direction. I may even add some more chips to the pile. Good investing to all. okee-boy

Jim: In my post #4078 is a letter I received from Delmar in regards to my request for an explaination on and investor packet and news releases. Now that we have upward movement along with news, I think .015 is a safe purchase price. Anything can happen though, including a further drop in share price. Pennies are speculation, not investments!
