Well, the SB-2/A is really sobering to anyone thinking of actually buying into this stock, but I actually got at least one positive from browsing it:

I think Innovacom is finally recognizing their stupidity in the past and is focusing a little more. I'm not sure if this is Burke's doing, but some of the "changes" are to prevent the transgressions of the past like conflict of interest and focusing on their core business. Two acquisitions were nipped in the bud (TSA and ITS) either due to the declining stock price or (one would hope) sensible power from above. And as David pointed out earlier, they took out all that garbage about products in medical imaging and telemedicine.

I like this paragraph:

Sierra Vista employs three full-time employees and is currently seeking
financing to produce one motion picture. However, Sierra Vista is dependent on
the Company for its working capital and has been limited in its production
activities due to the financial constraints of the Company. As the Company
continues to expend resources on the development of its systems and products,
management anticipates re-evaluating the propriety of continuing Sierra Vista's
production activities. No assurance can be given that the Company will
continue Sierra Vista's production activities in the future.

If I were Burke, I'd say the above with the tacit understanding that they aren't going to get a dime of R&D until the core business is established.

The big question marks loom larger than ever, though. They have quite of bit house-keeping to perform (lawsuits, demoting the idiots who have been handling the company) and the competition has not slowed down in the least.
