John: I was hopin' to hear from you. Management is truly amazing. Yeah, I hear the reasoned talk about how this is a biotech and all but... 1) Can you explain this FDA rejection on a "technicality". As far as I can determine, NuMA didn't have a prayer. And, if that's the case, management actually stupidly gambled with shareholders' trust and the company's valuation. 2) If it is a true gotcha, and the FDA was not ruling on the efficacy, and management was truly surprised, what's that say about the FDA? Patients will suffer over a bureaucratic ruling. Regards, Bill
