Ken H. and Carla K. explained the FC "learning curve" as being more responsible for slow FC integration rather than marketing problems as well as the time it takes for customers to configure FC the way they want to interface appropriately with their systems.

I also noted the MKII in the Sun Booth on the N + I diagram - very interesting, but on the other hand Ancor needs to sell to the high performance workstation market.

The mid-western work ethic provided the most awkward moment of the meeting. Ken H. pointed out how this reputation was good for midwestern companies, since everyone appreciates the work ethic. A woman said that they did not appear to be extending a helping hand to inner city folks and minorities. Ken said that her point was well taken, but they were building a reputation as a company that was fair to their employees.
