Steve, I think that an old line that I used on this thread not so long ago is even more fitting after today. "Forgive them, for they no not what they do". There is no better response to the market action today then to say that suckers, stupid people and traders sold out of a 10 dollar stock below $5.

Today, as I know you know, was the beginning of the first inning of a very lucrative game called digital IVOD roll-out. CCUR is now a vindicated player (vindicated because so many bozo's, hypesters and ignorant people tried to say they wouldn't or couldn't). If anyone on this thread is so brain dead to realize that this warrant issue is the best thing to happen to this company in the past 10 years, then you have no clue about this industry or the dynamics behind this deal. We are lucky CCUR didn't spin off IVOD and give SFA 20 or 30 percent for capital infusion we do not need. We are lucky that smart investors showed up and bid up the stock so CCUR management wasn't forced into an option deal struck at 3, not 5.

General Insturments (Nextlevel) had to give up equity to secure orders from TCI and others. They are a little bit bigger than CCUR I think and they had to do a deal like this. It means we are a lock on biz and contracts in the very near future. You have to be both blind and ignorant to not understand this. Buying opportunity tommorow will be short lived. Dumb money must be done and CCUR is now on the radar screen of every analyst and Investor who covers or owns SFA.

We are here. This is it. The game has started and you had better buckle up because you have not seen the real potential of what this deal means. Infocomm and Cabletech shows in 3 weeks. We will have much more in hand by June 30th. Wake up and don't be sheep. The guess work is over. We will see new territory in the coming weeks. If you don't get it, then sell CCUR. "Where once he was blind, now he can see". Good luck. Steve gave the facts, I'll just add the philosophy.
