jim-- the low stock price may have attracted some attention from possible suitors. the problem is it doesnt change the value of the company in a takeover. shareholders would be insane to let it go for less than twice current price. now, if someone wants to offer 34, it may not be such a bad deal<G>. heres one problem with the great and rosy buyout scenario. someone, like LU or TXN offers less than the current price, or something below 25. if that happens, we wont go above that for a while. good luck to all, trey
