We looked at Com21 but decided not to rate them, because of the loss
rate, low gross margin, and no real brand name or market franchise.

The quarter ended March 31, 1998 numbers:were

Sales: $7 mm
Operating Loss $4.3 mm
Gross margin $2.3 mm

That means they need to triple sales to breakeven, if they hold expenses constant which won't happen.
